FirstHive vs. Selligent

It is well suited for all B2B and B2C industries to manage customers data and execute inbound campaigns

Message Studio/Selligent is great for reliably sending high volumes of both manual and automated email. The intuitive user interface promotes fast turnaround times. Aside from some data integration issues, it's the best email service provider I've used for sending large volumes of email.

• Email and SMS autiomation

• StrongMail does open and click tracking very well. The detailed level of data they provide is exceptional.
• StrongMail does failure data and bounce codes extremely well. The granularity of the information is invaluable to our business and used by us every day.
• StrongMail's Message Studio EAS is a widely user friendly platform for technical and non-technical users alike.

FirstHive is the first software of its kind that I use. It was recommended to me by a colleague who told me he is very happy with it, but he uses it for professional and non-educational purposes (as is my case). Indeed, even at an educational level, it is software that works. It would be helpful to create an educational version with fewer features and a more affordable price.

We did not evaluate other products exactly. We upgraded from an inferior production to StrongMail based on demos and other people's reviews.

• EDM campaigns improved a lot with 20% increment in leads
• SMS open rate has improved with tracking clicks options to optimize the campaign

• Increased employee efficiency due to content blocking
• Lower rate of errors/apology emails due to technical errors
