This application is well suited for any organization, or area processing large volumes of payments. We utilize it to assist with the processing of lockbox, and loan payments.

The system is very user-friendly and provides help in performing UAT and making the processes live, payment method opt without interacting with humans. Automation of the processes is marvelous.

Support is very expensive and not always up to speed with the market and the latest developments. The support is highly fragmented as well and split among 2-3 Oracle departments.

• The application has assisted with eliminating the need for over half of our payments received to be processed manaully..
• The application has also assisted with eliminating wasted costs on paper and mailing resources.
