FlexiHub vs. Service Fusion

We’ve put FlexiHub through its paces to see if it’s any good for remote vehicle health checks. We tried the app out with a handful of USB devices for car diagnostics and so far, everything is going smoothly. We also worked to develop an iOS app for remote diagnostics. Our testers from another office easily connected over the Internet thanks to FlexiHub. FlexiHub works perfectly in UDP connections, and needs an Internet connection. But there is no opportunity to work over LAN. This can be an issue.

Service Fusion is a fantastic application for any business conducting fieldwork. Any instance in which you need to schedule and route agents for services (ie onsite repair services, contractors, construction, project management firms). Additionally, it could be applied to field sales representatives. As Service Fusion does have a CRM function, a structured sales organization could apply the features to track and follow up on lead generation and/or sales visits!

• User-Friendly Interface
• Efficient Troubleshooting
• Flexible Connectivity Options

• GPS Integration for routing agents/technicians to job sites.
• Reporting, especially post-ticket completion.
• Customer Management - containing all pertinent files and information for a given customer.

• Stable connections, but some devices are not recognized correctly
• Pricing is too high

• Integrations with 3rd Party Applications - especially CRM.
• Access permissions are complicated and somewhat unnecessary.

I made the switch to FlexiHub because I found it to be more reliable and user-friendly for my specific needs. FlexiHub offers a more seamless experience when it comes to remotely accessing and managing USB devices, with fewer connectivity issues compared to the other products I was using. also TeamViewer's pricing structure didn't align well with my needs. FlexiHub's subscription plans offered a better fit for my usage.

• We can work with our freelance and remote testers; all we need is an Internet connection

• Postive ROI.
• Streamlined scheduling process for field service calls.
• Reporting has generated a traceable trail for long-term customers, to help better serve their needs.
