FloristWare vs. Pabbly

FloristWare is well suited for every aspect of the florist business and is adaptable to any size florist company.

• It is great for companies or people that are using software that is mainstream and would like to extend the capability of that software with added features.
• Also great for companies that use more than 1 software and need to have them interact with each other to make them more efficient
• Great for companies that need to automate functions that are repetitive throughout the organization

• The reporting tool is powerful - provided the product categories and sales accounts have been well thought through. The fixed reports have been intuitively created; but the export feature makes them even more powerful, so as to be tailor made for the individual business.
• The marketing tools campaign builders, fundraisers, advertising analyzers, etc. are effective and have brought us business we would otherwise not have seen, and saved us money we would otherwise have thrown at the wrong advertisers. Customer data can be pulled and sorted in a multitude of ways, depending on the purpose. We use the marketing tools routinely.
• The financial tools make my life easier. Need to file and pay sales tax? A Sales Report Summary for any date range instantly gives gross sales, taxable sales, sales tax due. Need a current inventory report? A push-button report is generated, by product category. Need to know how this month's sales compare to the same month last year? Not a problem.

• Connect software applications that are not already integrated or connected
• Automate processes within a single software
• Transform data and then using that data across different software applications

• I would like to see the ability to save work and continue later (as in pause order entering).
• I would like to see in the future a more advanced routing module.

• The trigger action needs improvement
• The method of connecting different software also needs to be simplified
• The actions for some software applications need to have more capability (things that can be done between different software)

I give FloristWare a rating of 10 for usability because I have never had an ounce if difficulty with any of its functions or features.

I really enjoy using Pabbly, it is fast, pretty simple, has lot of connections and support has been fairly helpful. I would give it just a higher rating if it came with a faster live chat and more templates for non techies like myself but overall has been reliable, usable with no bugs, and helpful to connect tasks especially any google sheet/doc/form etc task

Support is outstanding, Mark wouldn't allow anything less!

I have never felt the need to seek out an alternative to Floristware.

I think Integrately has a superior UX, it is a little easier and less techy to use, but doesn't have the amount of integrations that Pabbly has. So far, a lot more softwares offer Pabbly connection than Integratly and that is really the deciding factor

• Made us more intelligent by capturing important information that we were not able to capture
