The functionality matched our needs and we were able to fine-tune exactly what we needed from the system without losing too much of the user experience. Incentivized Helpful? The customer service is awesome and we have found the platform to be fairly user-friendly and intuitive. The platform falls a bit short when a registrant is trying to register multiple people within a single transaction using a registration kiosk.
