Overall Satisfaction with RunSignUp
We began using RunSignUp as our exclusive online registration platform for an annual running event that we put on. We wanted a system that was designed to promote athletic events and geared to handling the unique registration aspects that accompany such events such as racecourse, T-shirts options, and the ability to donate as well.
Pros
- Built-in templates to make design a breeze
- Great client support
- Simple and effective email tool
- Easy reporting
- Easy learning curve
Cons
- Would love to see the ability to register multiple people at a time in kiosk mode.
- Would love to have a less expensive refund mechanism.
- RunSignUp has simplified the way we communicate with our registrants.
- RunSignUp makes it easy to update our race page from year to year by pulling from the previous year’s event.
RunSignUp does not bombard registrants with advertising the way that Active did when we previously used it. We have found RunSignUp’s platform to be simple and clean and hopefully a much nicer experience for those who register.
