Formstack Documents vs. Qwilr

[Formstack Documents (formerly WebMerge) is] well suited for a mid-size organization that has multiple data inputs and needs to provide structure and professional document generation. As helpful as it is, the cost would prevent smaller businesses from realizing the cost savings that a larger one will.

It is great for presentations to customers and keeping them engaged in your presentation. Although it is great for creating a highly customizable presentation, some users may want even more control over font, font size and font color. Some of my colleagues have expressed some dissatisfaction with the formatting as well as saving any formatting changes that have made.

• It has different and useful templates that can help you start creating amazing presentations
• It is really intuitive to use
• It can incorporate files from other companies like: Drive and YouTube in a really organic way.

• We've had some issues with document formatting when the Formstack document comes through. Nothing outrageous, but it has been very inconvenient and annoying.
• The Formstack website is not attractive or user friendly.
• I think it could be clearer to Formstack users that it is a tool that needs another tool, not a tool all its own.

Ease of use, nice functionality that saves time

Great product with great service.

At the beginning, there is a slight learning curve, but once you get the way out of it, it becomes easy to use.

Onboarding was very organized and simple. Our account manager made it easy for our team to learn the tool by organizing several group training sessions.

Each of the programs above answered a specific call to action. While each addressed a small portion of our need, they never quite fit the bill for what we needed. It was actually a representative from three of the ones above which selected WebMerge. They wanted to sell their product, but knew that we would be unfulfilled if we went with them

Qwilr was a really quick and easy setup, which I think is great for smaller teams that have simple sales processes and cycles. Once more complication is it will fall short in providing the level of control and detail that is needed for a larger sales team. The end product is very elegant but comes down to the needs of the organization.

• The return on investment has been very good. It's very cost effective product. Our service team is on the phone and it takes away from the customer service if they are having to input the same information on applications. Web Merge eliminates additional key strokes while giving customers more time to run their business.

• Increased efficiency when using Qwilr's library content to create proposals.
• Can save existing building blocks to use toward future proposals.
• Can keep track of analytics on who is viewing the documents sent.
