I like how fast the process is to send and receive my signed and completed paperwork. Certain companies that I do business with require a "wet signature" so it cannot be used every single time in my business

It covers the basic contract management functions like setting deadlines, organizing documents in one place, and sending them for signature very well. We use it to reduce document complexity and extract and enhance metadata. It's perfect for managing obligations and information stored in contracts. In fact, AI-powered extraction is a great help to set up all relevant tasks during the initial contract management. It is perfect if you want to explicitly share not only the contract itself but also the attachments.

• Exceptionally easy to use
• Intuitive - even users who aren't familiar with electronic signing have, with rare exception, had no difficulty using InsureSign

• It tracks contract expiration dates, renewal periods, etc.
• Automates and manages approvals and helps maintain order in contract management.
• Keeps contracts in a secure location and supports version control.
• Saves time by extracting useful data, e.g. deadlines.
• Provides a very handy reminder management system.

• It would be nice to add our own words or describe what is needed in the free form text box. This was a feature in a past version.

• If you just want to quickly look something up the tool can feel a bit overloaded like it's trying to do everything at once.

The platform helps you to get your things done. It is designed the way so that user spends as little time as possible on dealing with low-value activities like labeling, structuring, signing and focuses more on the things that will determine how much you will get out of the contract, like setting reminders for the deliverables, extracting the key information, etc.

It's easy to understand and to use, though I still recommend asking a colleague or contacting support to get a quick tutorial for first-time users.

Better functionality at a much more acceptable price. With Formstack, if we have issues (very rare) we can actually get a hold of someone - not so much with DocuSign.

• I've used Insuresign just 15 times in the last 30 days and saved 150 pages of paper and ink. I've also saved countless hours faxing, emailing , mailing and waiting and trying to get the client to sign and return the paperwork.

• It saves time by replacing channels for document encryption. No need for emails; makes work safer and easier to figure out what document the team is working on.
• No need to switch between the platforms to sign documents.
• No need to read the whole document; just the places AI highlighted.
