Formstack Sign vs. Secured Signing

I like how fast the process is to send and receive my signed and completed paperwork. Certain companies that I do business with require a "wet signature" so it cannot be used every single time in my business

I think it's an excellent day to day solution, at a very reasonable price. It works particularly well when paired with our document automation solutions, as we can automatically create the relevant "smart tags" for each party as part of building the signing blocks in the document. This means the document (or a whole package of documents) can be uploaded into Secured Signing and it can just read the tags, meaning they are effectively ready to send

• Exceptionally easy to use
• Intuitive - even users who aren't familiar with electronic signing have, with rare exception, had no difficulty using InsureSign
• Convenient

• Easy to add signature fields.
• Easy to upload documents.
• Secure audit history.
• No need for an app - can sign through a browser.

• It would be nice to add our own words or describe what is needed in the free form text box. This was a feature in a past version.

• We see no deficiencies in the product. Even the new anti-money laundering etc rules seem to be catered for. The few things we did wish were there have all been added as the product has developed.

Training users (and ourselves) to think differently is the challenge - but given most users are not as familar with the computer systems which run their accounting software, that's not new.

Better functionality at a much more acceptable price. With Formstack, if we have issues (very rare) we can actually get a hold of someone - not so much with DocuSign.

I haven't looked in detail at alternatives, as Secured Signing does everything we have needed it to, at a very reasonable price point

• I've used Insuresign just 15 times in the last 30 days and saved 150 pages of paper and ink. I've also saved countless hours faxing, emailing , mailing and waiting and trying to get the client to sign and return the paperwork.
