foundU vs. Greenshades

In its beta [version] it got stuck in some modules but with the new update, it’s working [perfectly]. It does not matter what size of a company is [it's perfect] for every Spacs to use.

We used to have ADP for payroll, the gold standard. I guess to save a few bucks my company switched to Greenshades. From time to time my payroll stub does not show up on time. I asked my HR department about this and was told they are not fond of Greenshades. I call Greenshades to ask about the delay. They do not have any support contact information on the employee website I use to get my payroll information. I had to google them and found a support contact on their website. Not good. When I spoke to someone to ask about the pay stub delays, he hung up on me.

• It’s interface is bit tricky but eventually get used to it.

I would always prefer foundU for payrolls because it covers almost every module. And it’s really easy to use. It's cost efficient and it’s one of the best tools currently available for payment solutions.

In my previous place of employment, we used the Paycom system as our resource for managing hours and time. I do believe that the Paycom system had more privacy and safety aspects implemented with their software. However, Greenshades Software is a very user-friendly website that provides all of the resources that are necessary to do the job well!

• Eliminates the need for a GP server to run our payroll internally
• Assists greatly with filing our tax returns on-time and correctly.
