FourKites vs. IBM Sterling Order Management

We are using this tool for years in our organization; it is playing a significant role in our organization. I would suggest it to those companies that are looking for efficient supply chain visibility software. It will give you information about automated capacity matching, thus you must give it a try.

• I like its feature of MacroPoint that helps me to get the location visibility and provides me detailed analytical solutions.
• Not only in tracking but it has also given me the vision to analyze which will be the best suitable carriers for me that could match our network, thus it increases the efficiency and creates greater margins.
• For me, it is a very useful platform. Its automation programs give easiness in may daily work.

• Centralizing data.
• Instantaneously updated data.
• Ad hoc reporting.

• I do not have any major complaint against Fourkites.
• It is going well and keeps every single feature I want in its services.
• The price should be revised and should be made more comfortable for the users.

• RCP Based deployment
• Wider variety of sourcing configuration
• Product Documentation
• COM Features need to better so that Customer case handling is facilitated

The package of Sterling Order Management / Sterling Store / Sterling Call Center works very well and it supports the expansion to Geographies like US/EU/JP/China, some of hottest markets for e-commerce.

Warehouse Management System which is mainly focussed on warehouse fulfillment but not on the routing and availability tracking

• They should reduce its cost.
• Customer support is well-trained and professional.
• KPIs performance is amazing.

• Optimal inventory management resulted in more orders per minute and good ROI and customer experience
