FreJun vs. SimplePractice

As an HR professional, I have to handle multiple calls a day. Using a phone continuously was something I was tired of, so with the help of FreJun Browser, calling made my work much easier and more efficient. Due to the browser calling and the click-to-call feature, I would rate it 9 out of 10.

I think it's a good choice for solo providers who bill insurance. If you have employees or are self-pay, go elsewhere, in my opinion

It is user friendly application. And also if I miss the call and I was on break so it send the email notification as well so I get to know someone trying to connect with me

I have not had to contact support which is nice. If I have a question, I am typically able to find the answer within the help section.

Click to call feature, bulk dialing, call recording feature.

Also Kalix, Practice Better, Practice Q (formerly Intake Q), Healthie, Jane, etc. I'm hoping to switch to Practice Q soon.
