Fugo vs. Pure Chat by Ruby

In just a few clicks, Fugo will create any infographic template you need, as a digital signage app, I often use it to create my work presentations since it is a super simple and easy-to-use application that can be scaled according to your screen size requirements. There is no doubt in my mind that this app is great for your business use be it small or large scale.

Chat is nothing new but the ease of use and functionality is key, that being said Pure Chat nails it across the board. We use the chat across our website and ad pages. Don't see a situation where this effective tool would be less appropriate, consumers want instant information and instant connection, chat provides both without being tied up on the phone

• If the website controls were available through a mobile application it would have been best
• The ability to customize screen sizes could be improved if there were more templates available for use
• Screen synchronization can be slow and delayed sometimes

• Transcripts that could generate in a PDF or Word doc rather than .txt file, option would be nice
• Chat is straight forward so not much room for improvement, we're happy with the service, functionality, and ease of use.

We can access different suites and dashboards together. Also Fugo provides a lot of features that will help us to work with a lot of data and multiple screens together. That will make it unique from different products and make it more powerful than others. It is my fav tool for this work.

Didn't see much pros and cons comparing Pure Chat and Olark. They all do the job. However, Pure Chat is free to use on basic functions.
