G2 Seller Solutions vs. Mindmatrix Bridge

G2 Seller Solutions provides us with valuable client insights through the reviews we generate. We use these reviews to establish our position in the market. It also helps to differentiate us against our competitors. We can use the reviews and reports to help solidify our positions or even validate some of the claims we make. Our sales team can use this to help during their sales process as well. That helps them provide third-party validation.

I would only recommend Mindmatrix as a short term solution for companies that want to take advantage of the ready made drip campaigns for their vertical.

• Drip campaigns ready to go for several Industries

• Lead generation could be improved as it does not generate as much leads as we want
• Being able to download data (Eg. reviews to consolidate and discuss with the broader team on what can be improved on)
• Certify the people reviewing the products are people in the same industry.

• Navigation is confusing, not intuitive.
• Creating and changing users must be done by a ticketing request.
• Horrific support, all email and overseas, rarely talk to anyone.
• There are issues in practically every area. There are inconsistencies with sharing of contacts, sharing of client and CRM data. For example, only the owner of the campaign can see reports on that particular campaign. There are sharing inconsistencies throughout the entire program that just do not make sense.
• There is also an unusually high amount of undelivered mail, and a very high SPAM occurrence. Much higher than our backup, MailChimp for example.

There are a lot of bugs and poor design in this product.

The G2 CSM and team we work with is always helpful, engaged, and cares about our goals. They do a great job of crafting solutions that fit what we need from our side. They don't force anything on us and are always respectful of the challenges we face on the vendor side

Both platforms are broadly alike and offer very similar capabilities. In my opinion, TrustRadius is optimized for the review process: getting new reviews, checking on them, classifying the quotes, opening discussions with our users, and providing them feedback. In comparison, G2 Seller Solutions focuses on providing vendors with benchmark information, more actionable intent data, and resources to take advantage of awards and grids.
