We also use the G2 quarterly reports to showcase our positioning in the market against other competitors. We are in a crowded market and this helps us continue to differentiate.

- Badges are overdone - too many
- Reports have a ton of detail but almost too much to get true insights
- Algorithm changes and the need to continuously add reviews
- Increased brand awareness through grid reports
- A trove of client reviews which can lead to case studies, videos, etc.
- We've generated more than 1,500 reviews in the few years and we find valuable insights at least 80% of them
We like both platforms because they have similar but different offerings. The G2 Grid reports/content is really helpful for our team. We started using it in the last year and it's helping deliver even more value to our sales team in compete decks, social posts, and more. We also added to our TR offering with more of the intent leads to see how that goes. TBD on that so far.
