Gazelle.ai vs. Salesforce Maps

Highly recommended, it is beneficial for obtaining information from different sources and an excellent boost for prospecting. Its user interface is user-friendly, and all its functions are easy to understand and implement. Gazelle's team is fantastic, the adaptation process is fast, and their staff accompanies the users during the process; the training is excellent, and the customer service afterward.

This is best suited when there is territory management at the field or rep level. One can easily distribute the area/ locality, balance revenue, and optimize sales/outcome. However, this may be less appropriate for organizations that operate entirely on remote sales or for those where geographic location does not matter.

• Targets by region and certain demographics like geography.

• Some industry data is not up to date. However, there have been a few outdated data that we have come across.

• They just restructured their pricing model and we are ending our contract because of it - you have to pay for 10 users.
• The crossover with accounts and contacts are hard to map.
• The window sizes when navigating the maps are difficult to work with.

It aligns well with business needs. We clearly get productivity gain, and its seamless integration with Salesforce makes things easier. The ability to visualize things and performance geographically helps us to make better decisions. It also saves us lots of time and effort and increases efficiency.

Support was comical. It was barely available and the few times I did get help the language barrier was extraordinarily problematic

We only looked at Zoom info, but Gazelle.ai stood out from a user and experience standpoint. The international database is a game-changer and is much more than just a spreadsheet of companies. Being able to visualize the locations of businesses makes prospecting so much easier and makes thinking that much simpler.

• It is an excellent tool that, through business intelligence, helps bring new prospects interested in our products and services, convert customers, and achieve a more successful business, which has been convenient because the return on investment has been fast and still helps us generate more profits.

• For the first time, we were able to see donors on a map which was life-changing.
• Its allowed us to target donors on trips and other email campaigns when we haven’t been able to before.
