GoHire vs. Workstream

If you need to hire one person then the software is a bit overkill for you. If you are looking to hire multiple people in different departments and would like to schedule interviews with multiple candidates, then this would be a good win for you. My company is a circus company, so we have to list multiple jobs often. This allows us to track those jobs and the people with ease.

Workstream has been great for new restaurant openings by using the QR code on business cards and using the QR code on our marketing material as well. We had one restaurant have 17 applicant's via the QR code. The biggest opportunity was cost during the pandemic. Our franchisees wanted a guaranteed number of applicants for being charged what they were getting charged. This was not something Workstream can accommodate but this is also not guaranteed on any job board.

• Video interviews works really well in the current pandemic circumstances.
• Google calendar is linked with zoom and makes scheduling easy.
• Mobile training helps with videos and quizzes.

• Integration with third party software such as WordPress is lacking
• Didn't really have too many other major issues with the software

• It is software very attentive to our needs, which means that when we have a concern or need to solve something, they solve it immediately, they listen to our proposals so that our hiring is fast and without inconvenience.

GoHire helps more. They can help you make a perfect finish resume. They can so keep track on your application progress. You can also message companies about your application work status. And it's free to sign up. Their is always new job posting everyday. So this application is pretty popular compare to the rest.

Workstream is hands down easier to navigate and create and post positions versus ClearCompany and iCIMS

• Time is money. This software allows us to streamline the process of listing and reviewing candidates.
• The software allowed us to better see a "Birdseye" view of all the applicants that we have, to make more informed hiring decisions.
