Considered Both Products
GoodAccess
Chose GoodAccess
It was cheaper and easier to use. Our internal team have evaluated multiple other VPN providers but GoodAccess have come on top for the best bang for the buck in our use case. They support team was also great and is responding to our request in a timely manner. s
Chose GoodAccess
GoodAccess specifically addresses our need for a static IP gateway. Other products come with too many features irrelevant to us. We have very specific needs that must be enabled in a very short time frame and GoodAccess was good for us like that, basically, turn key. …
Chose GoodAccess
Implementation is in minutes, and its payment method is simple. GoodAccess is much easier and simpler to implement and manage, no advanced knowledge is required for its configuration, and user management can be done from the administration console.
Chose GoodAccess
We were unable to have a simple team-managed static IP and GoodAccess offered it at a fair price. it was a no brainer to switch once we discover it.
Chose GoodAccess
GoodAccess their cooperation is better in addition to that their technical support service is much better and well-known , but the price not !
Chose GoodAccess
Goodaccess has more functionality (VPN, static Ip, gateway, threat security, private dns, etc) than most solutions on the market. We tried other solutions but couldn't find one that had all the features we needed. It has an infrastructure that works at high speed, something we …
Chose GoodAccess
We've additionally used VPNStatic, and they had quite a lot of downtime and an inflexible pricing model. NordLayer/NordVPN had exactly what we needed but for a lot more money, and no OpenVPN profiles. We tried GoodAccess on trial for a week and I was immediately sold, it had …
Chose GoodAccess
It's better suited for companies and small teams than for individuals, so we chose GoodAccess. Also, we are happy to have advanced technical support and we are able to talk with someone from the company if needed. Access logs and other features are must-haves in our security …
Chose GoodAccess
GoodAccess is by far the most affordable option and has one dedicated gateway included in the basic service.
Chose GoodAccess
3 different products whose names I can't remember.
Chose GoodAccess
As I found there is a lot of other VPN companies but they don't clearly describe what you will get exactly after payment. Also, they only have prices for personal usage. If you need team package, you must contact manager and they will offer, this is not comfortable for me.

SecureLink Enterprise Access
Chose SecureLink Enterprise Access
I've used WebEx and a few other products like that, but never as an enterprise class solution. Securelink is one of those systems that just seems to make sense when you look at it. Honestly, I stopped my research after i saw this product.
Chose SecureLink Enterprise Access
Securelink seems to work better than LogMein for a large enterprise group. Our company has over 10,000 different connections and securelink manages them well.

If you have a widely distributed team that needs to access a secure network based on a fixed IP address for whitelisting restriction, GoodAccess is the right tool for you. As a robust all-purpose VPN solution, we have not tried that so lack experience to comment, but it can likely do the job well, too.

Pros
  • Ease of use/onboarding, it's very easy for an IT admin to deploy to users
  • Simplicity, their management interface is dead simple to use and still powerful
  • Static VPN locations! We were looking for a pretty specific place, and they offered many of our second choices as well.

  • Intuitive. It's been so easy to use and set up. I can set up a vendor, they get the email on how to log in with a link to the site, and they can figure out what to do, for the most part.
  • I like the fact that they are still relatively small as an organization. I have strong communication channels with the support staff and they are extremely responsive to any questions I have.
  • It's a well thought of product.

Cons
  • I believe the pricing model could use some better math for scalability, but it's still highly competitive and simple to upgrade with. For a mid-startup it will be harder to choose a company I believe, but for a 2-10 person organisation, there won't be any better.

  • JAVA updates can sometimes break the securelink connection. Securelink needs to do a better job of updating the product to work with new JAVA updates.
  • Internet Explorer updates can sometimes break the securelink connection. Securelink needs to do a better job of updating the product to work with new versions of IE.

I was tired to find good VPN service and want to help everyone to find real good quality and team. Want to advice Goodaccess to everyone, just try it, you'll see yourself. price is good, quality is the best and what is important, when you are buying package, you know what you will get.

The only thing that keeps this from being a 10 is that I'm not the sole decision maker. If I was, it would be a 10. Who knows if Oracle is going to produce an overpriced option that does not work well that I'll be forced to move to

Usability
It was easy to setup, is easy to use and a great product for the price. It is not the fanciest or the most complicated VPN on the market, but it does exactly what our company needed it for and it does it very well. We would recommend this VPN to other companies in our situation as well

We have hardly had any incidents because the service works very good, but when we have had doubts about the implementation of the gateway to connect ours clouds, the GoodAccess service has been fast and efficient. We have been able to implement and deliver our infrastructure faster with their help.

The employees at Securelink have always been responsive and seem to be invested in the success of my company. They truly understand what their product means to us so if there is a problem, they are always willing to help. In the rare event that something is found on their end, they will be proactive and reach out to someone to help and get something on calendar for a fix

Return on Investment
  • Thanks to this solution, we were able to secure access to our cloud resources and stop threats that we received frequently.
  • GoodAccess allows us to grant and withdraw access to our resources in a very simple way, in the event that there are changes in personnel in the work teams or contractors.

  • Better customer service
  • Increased employee efficiency in connecting to client servers
  • Any securelink problems cause us to be unable to help our clients with issues and we are at a standstill until Securelink is repaired
