GoReact vs. TestGorilla

If you need to record and grade interactions then it is perfect. It allows instructors to uniformly grade candidates according to rubrics that have been created to keep observations uniform. We use this function with our internship program where we have a widely diverse and different set of evaluator each semester. They copy the GoReact course in the Canvas classes and thus assure uniformity. Some faculty have trouble the the live review function due to internet reliability.

TestGorilla is best used if you want to screen the people that are applying for positions within your company. We have found that we are able to weed people out of the process due to the amazing screening that TestGorilla does for us on the front-end. We love the assessments it makes the candidates take! I would like to see it integrate more with some of our current systems thought. We use Rippling currently for employee management/payroll and would love to see it integrate there

I'm only familiar with GoReact to solve the problems I use GoReact to solve. I'm not interested in other platforms. I'm pretty content with what I see. I've heard of other platforms but never used them, so I won't speak to anything outside my own experience.

It is inexpensive, I don't have to spend so much for hiring a candidate. It is user-friendly and you will know how exactly how it is done. It is satisfactory accuracy with regard to candidates' accuracy of answers. Lastly, Integration into our process was easy enough, like no other.
