GQueues vs. TaskQue

GQueues ties in very nicely with the principles outlined in David Allen's "Getting Things Done" so if you're a fan, give GQueues a try. I use GQueues both personally and professionally to help keep things in order. I find it easy to modify how I use this service when my needs change. I also use GQueues to keep track of future ideas, websites and books to be read someday and overall goals. It is very customizable to what you need.

Companies that face issues due to chaos in terms of document management can really take advantage by organizing all their documents at a single place. TaskQue is inappropriate for project costing requirements in big projects.

• Workload management.
• Auto task management.

• Needs more display options, e.g. display tasks in "card" format
• Screen format is a bit dated.
• Awkward to use when window is maximized.

• I think Gantt charts should be here to be used as a project management tool. Moreover, affiliation with productivity tools such as time-tracking tools can make it much better.

We inquired using the
TaskQue community forum and got a timely response regarding my queries. We really
appreciate it.

We have tried some other task management tools such as Producteev. This one is very intuitive and just does what you need it to do and does it well.

TaskQue’s most unique
feature is the queue feature which enables you to assign tasks automatically.
We were seriously fed up with the manual assignment of tasks.
