Very well suited to anyone seeking to grow their reputation through sourcing reviews. They have advanced automation features that many can take advantage of to automate the process too.

• Video support could be a little more granular.
• The nomenclature used in the dashboard is a little unclear to a new user.
• The password assignment system is a bit over-engineered making it harder to use.

They are the best in the business. To describe how good, I wanted to develop a way to flip a switch in my CRM to have a request sent out, but then make sure that another request could not be sent out. They introduced me to and taught me how to use Zapier to achieve this requirement. This took a 2-hour support session. They are wonderful to work with!

Different scopes in total, but G.us does a far better job in review management and social proof growth.

Because I trust reviews from ReviewInc, I followed it. Also, there are many business partners and friends of mine who have recommended this to me. We in fact share the review links with each other from ReviewInc. The market recognizes ReviewInc comments and feedback so that's why I selectedIReviewInc against over others.
