I use G.us for my business and on behalf of nearly all of my clients. G.us makes online reputation management very easy for my business and for my clients...something that used to be haphazard at best is now automated and a standard process for my clients.
G.us makes adding value to a small business through value-added online reputation management very easy.
  • Automates review requests.
  • Makes review monitoring across sites easy.
  • Makes reporting on review progress simple.
  • Initial review assessments (in pre-sales) could be better.
  • More robust / detailed tutorials on setting businesses up could improve.
  • Reporting interface could improve.
  • Affordable, easy to use review management = positive ROI.
  • Great entry level offer for my business in bringing on new clients = positive ROI.
  • Very easy to scale up as clients are added = positive ROI.
Different scopes in total, but G.us does a far better job in review management and social proof growth.
Too automated/knowledge-based - could improve significantly in terms of hands-on cases and educating users/agencies.

For small local businesses, showing up in search results is critical for success/growth. And Reviews are a critical part of both showing up and showing well for what searchers want to know. Think of your own behavior - what do you notice when you search for a local business (restaurant, plumber, electrician, etc.) - you notice # of stars, # of reviews and then possibly read some reviews. So reviews are critical "social proof" for all local businesses - and Grade.us makes improving that very easy.
