Grammarly vs. MailMaestro

It is perfect for us to communicate with our customers and partners via email and also helps in marketing content and social media content. It has helped us in various communications and documentation with the internal team. It should focus more on legal terms and multi-language support for content that is in mixed languages for multiple cities or states.

Because of its professional tone, we used MailMaestro whenever we do email outreach to apartment owners and brokers. It's saved us a lot of head ache of drafting so many emails per day, when it could do it in a snap. Aside from email outreach, we're also using Mailmaestro to draft replies to tennants who are looking to rent apartments or just people inquiring. Its casual tone helps break down the stiff wall between a company and a lead

• Quality control - the meat of Grammarly is checking your text and writing in real-time, directly as you type. Most of the time, Grammarly provides very accurate recommendations and quality checks on your text.
• Analytics and reporting - Grammarly sends regular updates via email about your usage statistics and other detailed info. This type of reporting can be very helpful in tracking your progress over time.

Very usable especially cross-platform. Very easy to get up and running by just enabling the browser extension. It doesn't require any set difficult setup, it's more of a plug-and-play if you're a beginner. But it also gives you more features if you're an advanced user. This makes it a great choice for technical and non-technical folk alike.

I have not really used customer support. I used the FAQ page to see how to re-install Grammarly because it wasn't functioning properly in longer documents. It seems to be working better now, but it still does not always underline all of the issues in the actual text. Thus, it is sometimes difficult to know where the errors are located.

The useability of Grammarly and the ability to get live feedback is much better than other programmes. Other programmes prioritise AI to do the bulk of the writing. I like to do the bulk of the writing and let AI make suggestions; not the other way around. It's also much more accurate and helps me ensure all writing is consistent and on brand.
