Greenshades vs. Output Time

We used to have ADP for payroll, the gold standard. I guess to save a few bucks my company switched to Greenshades. From time to time my payroll stub does not show up on time. I asked my HR department about this and was told they are not fond of Greenshades. I call Greenshades to ask about the delay. They do not have any support contact information on the employee website I use to get my payroll information. I had to google them and found a support contact on their website. Not good. When I spoke to someone to ask about the pay stub delays, he hung up on me.

Is well suitable for agencies, consultancy businesses and law firms.

• Some times the data on the Project View is not consistent with the task view or the time view.

In my previous place of employment, we used the Paycom system as our resource for managing hours and time. I do believe that the Paycom system had more privacy and safety aspects implemented with their software. However, Greenshades Software is a very user-friendly website that provides all of the resources that are necessary to do the job well!

It has all the thing need it included on the price, and works perfectly online. I didn't have to rely on third-parties to get basic features like time management or budget management. Also the setup process is quite easy and fast, we were able to setup this and migrate all our data in less than a day.

• Eliminates the need for a GP server to run our payroll internally
• Assists greatly with filing our tax returns on-time and correctly.
