However, the robustness of the tool needs improvement so that it can fit everyone's use case as well as inclusion of newer features that many competitors offer already. However, in my opinion, the customer support team does not care if you have any issues especially during payout timelines. We had issues with attendance sync for over 3 months, we waited patiently for 3 months for the team to fix the issues, although they attempted a few times, in my experience, they did not care later to respond to calls or emails. In my experience, they give out standardised ticket numbers through email and leave issues unattended just blatantly stating you will recieve a call back (which is never). In my experience, you will definitely get no response even if you have to sort the issue with the team heads. I had the worst experience with the entire team.
