Overall Satisfaction with greytHR

greytHR helped us manage leaves, company policy documents, view salary slips and also with tax declaration. Scope was restricted only to the HRMS side.
  • It helps us apply for leaves & also approve/reject leave applications by reporting members
  • Single point website/platform for all company policy docs instead of searching for it elsewhere
  • UI was very straightforward and the learning curve was not steep
  • Very buggy at times, needs improvements in resolving bugs
  • While the UI is very straightforward, it does not feel modern.
  • Could have an option for employees to anonymously update how they feel on any given day.
  • Simply helped us manage payroll for our employees effectively
  • Tax declaration was made easy in India as they also offered calculations based on the new & old tax regimes.
  • Reduced manual effort in leave tracking for our team where it was done ineffectively prior to having greytHR

greytHR can be recommended when starting off exploring HRMS tools. However, the robustness of the tool needs improvement so that it can fit everyone's use case as well as inclusion of newer features that many competitors offer already. If you have a very big team, then this tool may not be the perfect fit as bugs will be easily visible.
