greytHR vs. TeamWise

greytHR can be recommended when starting off exploring HRMS tools. However, the robustness of the tool needs improvement so that it can fit everyone's use case as well as inclusion of newer features that many competitors offer already. If you have a very big team, then this tool may not be the perfect fit as bugs will be easily visible

• Leave Management - Anyone can track and get leave approvals easily
• Daily Attendance Management - Check in-time, out-time, late time etc.
• Employee Information Management - Salary details, appraisal details etc. can be tracked on the portal.

• Extra-efficient payroll management system.
• Intuitive analytics and report generation in multiple formats.
• Highly configurable tool as per user specifications.

• Overall UI needs to be worked on, it looks outdated
• WFH option for employee attendance
• Add location data in attendance

• Teamwise is software is only web-based software do not provide features for mobile like a mobile application.
• This software is too much costly for a small business.
• And needs complete training to run and manage all the features and functionalities.

TeamWise fulfills all our HR related requirements and keeps on improvising the product on a continual basis.

Since I am a end user and wasnt part of purchase process would like to skip this question

• Simply helped us manage payroll for our employees effectively
• Tax declaration was made easy in India as they also offered calculations based on the new & old tax regimes.
• Reduced manual effort in leave tracking for our team where it was done ineffectively prior to having greytHR
