GroupMap has four tiers: Free (14-day trial, up to 10 participants per map, 1 map creator, unlimited maps) Basic ($200/year, up to 10 participants per map, 1 map creator, standard reporting) Professional ($600/year, up to 50 participants per map, 100 and 200 participant plans also available, unlimited maps and workspaces, priority support) Enterprise (custom pricing, custom participant limits, multiple facilitators, white labeling, SSO, custom domain). Billing is monthly or annual. Only map creators and facilitators need a license; participants joining a map do not need an account.

Likelihood to Recommend	No answers on this topic	If you need to have control over your meetings and get everyone on board with their requirements and responsibilities, and track how far along everyone is, Stormboard will help you a lot. The problem with not having integration with SalesForce and ZenDesk is that you need to add all the information for each supplier or client, instead of having the system pull it from the other systems we use. Other than that, and the fact that the mobile app is limited, this is the best option for meeting management and follow up.
