We have found it great with students BUT you have to require students to use it! They don't use it on their own. No matter how often you tell them it is great!

• Customer Service initially was poor, but we now have a good account manager. However, compared to Checkster, (outmatch acquired) there is a clear service level difference.

I've been with the company for 6 years and we have always used OutMatch so I don't really have anything to compare to
