Overall Satisfaction with OutMatch
We use OutMatch in our recruiting department. All candidates that are being considered for several of our positions take an assessment to determine if they would be a good match for our company and the position that they are applying for.

- Having a very user - friendly website
- Easy to read results that are well explained
- Having an option for other languages
- Have more job specific assessments
- Being able to email the assessments
- Having the capability to re-send assessments if needed
- Quick notification of completion
- We have been able to find more qualified candidates
- We know a little more about the candidates prior to sending them for a more extensive interview
