• Customer Service initially was poor, but we now have a good account manager. However, compared to Checkster, (outmatch acquired) there is a clear service level difference.

I've been with the company for 6 years and we have always used OutMatch so I don't really have anything to compare to

Both can feel similar, Korn Ferry Assess is more expensive, and you have a more recognized brand.
