HENO vs. SimplePractice

HENO is a wonderful system for any Physical Therapy practice currently operating in multiple programs. It streamlines systems and communication through its department integration, allows for HIPAA compliant internal messaging, and client communication, and it has a high level of practice customization. It also has a patient portal which can be very useful.

I think it's a good choice for solo providers who bill insurance. If you have employees or are self-pay, go elsewhere, in my opinion

• Tracking of appointments, and documentation could be cleaner.
• Alerts could be more customizable, and error messages could provide more information to the user.

They are great about getting back to us, however, sometimes it is hard to convey the question accurately through email.

I have not had to contact support which is nice. If I have a question, I am typically able to find the answer within the help section.

Also Kalix, Practice Better, Practice Q (formerly Intake Q), Healthie, Jane, etc. I'm hoping to switch to Practice Q soon.
