The advantages have been striking, the hiring process is now much simpler than it was in the past, and we have been able to hire individuals who have formed a strong bond with the team as a whole, adapted to our entire system, and have been the pioneers in improving our work significantly. A better product is thus available for all kinds of organisations.

It is a great system, pretty easy to use. The only suggestion I have is to improve the time it takes to set up. It seems like it takes a bit too long. Otherwise, it's a great and robust tool.

• The mobile app is user friendly but still doesn't allow for some of the functions of the live site
• The ability to schedule emails and texts is needed

I don't have much to compare Hireology to other than posting on different job boards. Hireology is better because one post does it all!
