It has 17 different features to help in [the] HR process. It helps management to keep track of the employees with a minimum workload. It also enhances the performance of Administrative staff. It increases motivation level while keeping live tracks.

I am very likely to recommend MYOB Payglobal I would rate this as a 9. Having MYOB Payglobal has meant that our organization can expend and grow without having to consider if our systems will be able to handle increased numbers of employees, and companies. Also the WAP system allows us to change the structure if there is a structural change within the organization.

MYOB was well supported in New Zealand and came highly recommended by multiple sources. It was a system that had more modules than just Payroll and HR which meant that going forward we could add modules without having to look at changing systems. The implementation of these module could be staggered as the business need arose.
