It has 17 different features to help in [the] HR process. It helps management to keep track of the employees with a minimum workload. It also enhances the performance of Administrative staff. It increases motivation level while keeping live tracks.

It is a great system, pretty easy to use. The only suggestion I have is to improve the time it takes to set up. It seems like it takes a bit too long. Otherwise, it's a great and robust tool.
