If you're looking for a tool for building and running integration tests for API apps or other website/web services, HttpMaster is the way to go. A nice feature it offers is a free version, so you can see if it'll suit your needs before paying for it. It is extremely functional and like all Microsoft products has a user interface that is well designed and is extremely user friendly.
