Hubilo vs. MUGA

I believe for the first time user with a small group of people setting up an event, [the Hubilo] platform and the support you receive from their team is wonderful. We really had 3 people doing most of the set up and had we not had our own self-imposed short period of time, would have found it very easy. Even with a short turn around from the time we signed the contract to the time we went live (1 week), we felt very happy with the end product.

It is great for international use. It has good features, and the security is above and beyond. The service level if I/we have a problem could be better as their customer service is not quick to respond, but other than the occasional glitch, it is the best platform we have experienced and much better than MS Teams. Ease of use - easy set up for new employees inside the co and out.

• The entire virtual platform is very user friendly on both the front and back ends.
• The opportunity for attendees to connect with each other via video chat using the Lounges made for good interaction.
• The support staff at Hubilo were always there to answer questions and assist when needed.

• The video quality gets terrible on low internet connectivity
• The UI could be better
• Other minor lag and bugs on the platform

• Connectivity at times there are speed + connection issues
• Price - at times our invoice is different than expected and it is tough to reconcile
• Service - difficult to get someone on the phone for customer service needs

As I mentioned before, good content overall. Gets very laggy and buggy at times. Several issues with limited or low internet connectivity, can get almost unbearable at times. Could do a lot better with its UI and QnA functionality. Good content overall and great people to learn and seek guidance from

Easy to use and very few complaints. But the usability on the front end was not easy as we had difficult setting up the contract and thus the first call. Timing was urgent and it took too long to get a rep to call us back and that put us in a bind and we had to use another web product

We have tried to reach out a few times and the cust service dept was inept. Slow to get to and when we did get through they were not bright folks. Thankfully we haven't had to call them often. But it is a security and long term concern that as we expand our need, will they be there for us? That is a remaining question. A

Hubilo offered greater customization features and more AI-tools for post-event content creation. Their platform was designed to build communities before and during events with great engagement and networking features for all attendees. Other platforms we explored were rigid and cookie-cutter. We liked Hubilo's long list of things to customize to build great 1-day or multi-day online events. Hubilo was extremely budget-friendly :-)

No comparison. MUGA was the best solution and the best technology. It was an easy decision. The biggest challenge was getting a contract and securing ourselves as a customer to get the very first video set up and to get a call back on a few insurance/cyber security questions answered before we had our first official call.

• Increase audience participation with quick polling features
• Easy customization of landing and event pages

• Great return. It has come in handy for our customers to use it also
