It is a user-friendly tool that enables us to make real-time changes and specifically when we are in need of tracking and monitoring of our staff schedule Humanity does it well and provides us with working hours track.

Workforce Management is perfect for scheduling inpatient rehab and outpatient care. It is less useful for acute care.

• None really. We will likely get rid of Humanity in the next year. Everything Humanity does Pipkins can do at a more granular level.
