Humantic AI vs. MadKudu

I suspect there are other ways I could use Humantic. I have limited my use to quickly building trust with someone. It works most times. Sometimes, people's LinkedIn profiles don't have sufficient data for Humantic to render a view - that is frustrating, but understandable. I found that it is useful as another set of data points, but it can't replace one's own capabilities.

MadKudu has seamless integration capabilities and automations.

Effectiveness of the software in sales and leads tracking.

Software simplicity and flexibility.

Availability of brilliant customer support services.

MadKudu has a clean user interface and easy to use features.

• Pretty accurate insight into the style of teh person you're speaking with

• They have inaccurate information regarding DISC profiles
• The onboarding was messy and confusing

• The product is very expensive and not affordable to small organisations and start-ups.
• MadKudu supports only one language which is English. This limits its usability.
• The software has limited customization.

Ability of the software in fully automating time consuming processes and ensuring lesser time of doing tedious tasks. Madkudu has considerably quality customer support services providers that ensure seamless product implementation by offering real-time support services.

The software has well elaborated tutorials that enhance its usability to beginners.
