I was an early adopter of Humantic AI. I was about to meet with the CEO of an MSSP with whom I had no relationship. I worked with channel partners who all knew the person I planned to speak to and had all told me about their negative experiences dealing with that person. I started seeing posts about Humantic and its ability to provide insights from one's LinkedIn profile. I thought, "Why not?", subscribed, and took it for a trial run. I asked it to profile the person I planned to meet, and received a detailed guide on how to engage with said person. What to say? What not to say? What kind of language and style did he prefer? His DISC and OCEAN profiles. The outcome was brilliant. At the end of the call, he made a point of telling me I was the first person he had ever engaged with who understood his business, and our relationship was established. I have used it many times before, especially in first meetings. The outcomes still amaze me. I am a Human AI ambassador and have no hesitation in recommending it as an important platform for engagement and relationship-building.

Pros

  • It prepares me for my first engagement with a new contact, providing me with a detailed understanding of what makes them tick.
  • 40 years ago, I did an Interpersonal Skills workshop. The DISC and OCEAN summaries help me relate to the people before I ever meet them.
  • I received an RFP from a company I had never dealt with before, in a foreign country. I researched their buying committee and ran Humantic profiles for each, and then used that information to construct my Executive Summary. There has been no decision yet, but we are on the short list.

Cons

  • Pricing. It is expensive.
  • I would like to see more integrations with the full range of tools I use. The LinkedIn integration is great, but when emailing someone, a quick reminder of how to best communicate with them, language to use, and what to avoid, as a reminder, would be great.

Humantic is an amazing product - it helps identify the communication style of the prospects I am working with. The insights allow me to sho up for a meeting, way better prepared, and adjust based on my observations. It's like having a crystal ball on how to better sell to your prospect.

  • Pretty accurate insight into the style of teh person you're speaking with
  • Hints on how to sell better to the person you're speaking with.
  • Love the insights on on how to better prospect and close the individual

Cons

  • I like the detail but some bullets may be easier to take the info in
  • A more streamlined section on buying groups - easier to find

Return on Investment

  • Based on my investment the ROI is a minimum 40x
  • I can point to specific deals where I believe Humantic insights guided me in the way I handled a prospect.
  • The use of the email feature saves my at least 80% of the time used to typcially write an email - I use it as a starting point and edit.

We use Humantic AI mostly on LinkedIn to get a quick read on someone’s DISC style. It helps us know how to approach conversations so we’re not guessing at how they like to communicate. The main problem it solves is making those first interactions smoother and more natural, instead of one-size-fits-all.

Pros

  • Integrates into things people already use like LinkedIn

Cons

  • They have inaccurate information regarding DISC profiles
  • The onboarding was messy and confusing
  • Ongoing support could be better

  • We did not see an ROI from using this due to the lack of accurate data

Humantic AI is a great tool for prospecring and getting personality insights of the prospects

It really helps with personalization during putreach, helps with understanding prospects decision making traits and predicts insights which can be very helpful to sales teams

The tool could be better as sometimes the results can be pretty generic

In our sales organization, we use Humantic AI primarily to support prospecting and personalized outreach. The tool generates personality insights from public data (mostly LinkedIn) and gives our reps guidance on how to approach conversations, what tone to use in emails, and how to frame value in a way that resonates with the individual.
