Overall Satisfaction with Humantic AI

We use Humantic AI mostly on LinkedIn to get a quick read on someone’s DISC style. It helps us know how to approach conversations so we’re not guessing at how they like to communicate. The main problem it solves is making those first interactions smoother and more natural, instead of one-size-fits-all.

Pros

  • Integrates into things people already use like LinkedIn

Cons

  • They have inaccurate information regarding DISC profiles
  • The onboarding was messy and confusing
  • Ongoing support could be better
  • We did not see an ROI from using this due to the lack of accurate data
I would rate Humantic AI a 5 overall for it's usability. While the idea is useful, the plug-in itself felt clunky and not very user-friendly. It didn’t always run smoothly, and that made it harder to rely on consistently. The concept is strong, but the execution leaves room for improvement.

Humantic AI is really well-suited for things like LinkedIn, where you’re trying to get a quick read on someone before you reach out. It can give you ideas on how to frame a message or what kind of communication style might land better.
Where it’s less appropriate is when you’re looking for accuracy you can really trust. For example, when I ran my own profile, it labeled me as a high D. In reality, I’m a primary S, so it was pretty far off. That kind of miss shows it can be helpful as a guide or conversation starter, but not something to rely on as a true assessment.
