Good for big IT teams. Could be little complex for some people. Might not feed everyone's needs but it's helpful for IT teams that want to document and diagram their technical work. You can create a step-by-step workflow management for tech people and also have non technical people follow the diagrams. It takes some time but you get the hang of it sooner or later.
