This is my first year using IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation and basically I am full of praises because I have seen significant improvement in all our business processes. Since we started using this integrated tool we've been able to see our business sales rise and more customers. By streamlining all our business processes, reducing clients wait times and allowing us to focus on getting our product better. The ability to understand quickly to understand how my organization business is performing and identify ways to overcome any any challenges through the robust features like process mining and automation of processes is great. Overall this tool has automated our business processes and accelerated digital transformation growth in all our business depertments.
