The IBM Concert Fits well in below scenarios:1 - A Supply Chain Team Needs Real‑Time Scenario Modeling2 - When a large enterprise is stuck in spreadsheets, several files, inconsistent assumptions, and a month‑long forecasting cycle. The IBM Concert Automates data consolidation from ERP, CRM, and HR systems, and provides a single, governed model for all contributors. IBM Concert is less appropriate for Small Teams that Primarily Use Spreadsheets.

PTP selected the OpsRamp platform to replace its legacy IT Operations Management (ITOM) solution, and PTP has now been using the OpsRamp solution for eight years. So far we have been happy with the program and believe that it will grow with us as we continue to grow and thrive. This program has scalability for smaller to large companies allowing you to grow together. It is a learning curve but once learned it really is a time saving program.

I would say that any new users will require adequate time to get used to the application interface. Other than that, the overall look and feel looks great, like other applications.

IBM Concert has been selected to complement another solution from the IBM catalogue, with which integration has been validated and which provides access via a single entry point; this solution is called IBM Instana.The aim was to enhance certificate and vulnerability management in order to secure applications across different environments

Pricing is very economical. You pay for monitoring and alerting, but you get a full suite of tools for the same price for free (including, Patching, ITSM, CMDB, and change management) - Good package for cheaper.

Technical support is appreciable. We have dedicated customer relations managers to check and see the improvement of the tool and its flaws. Sometimes, we get to interact with CMO of the organization asking our feedback and suggestions. Not every organization does that.
