How well the system is going to match with the company's business.

• Centralizing data.
• Instantaneously updated data.
• Ad hoc reporting.

• Can go down to the very detailed level to manage forecast.
• Easy to maintain and control .
• User friendly.

• RCP Based deployment
• Wider variety of sourcing configuration
• Product Documentation
• COM Features need to better so that Customer case handling is facilitated

• Product profile for different seasons without adding another module.
• Eliminate manual work.

The package of Sterling Order Management / Sterling Store / Sterling Call Center works very well and it supports the expansion to Geographies like US/EU/JP/China, some of hottest markets for e-commerce.

Need more time to prove that the system really helps the company.

Warehouse Management System which is mainly focussed on warehouse fulfillment but not on the routing and availability tracking
