Servigistics is very well suited if you are in need of a one-stop solution for all your Inventory Management scenarios. The software can be molded & updated as per your liking and can cater to a wide variety of industries, be it logistics, manufacturing, or even pharmaceuticals. Back end support is the best if you face any issue while using the software & your queries are resolved with utmost precision & within the specified time frame Slight upgrade in GUI would make this one of the best tools in the market when it comes to Inventory Management

• Wider variety of sourcing configuration

• COM Features need to better so that Customer case handling is facilitated

• GUI updates can be done on a more frequent basis
• Better FAQ section & the ability to connect with a specialist in case you have a specific problem that needs resolution
• The ability to modify the service on the go rather than go through a lengthy process of approvals

The package of Sterling Order Management / Sterling Store / Sterling Call Center works very well and it supports the expansion to Geographies like US/EU/JP/China, some of hottest markets for e-commerce.

Warehouse Management System which is mainly focussed on warehouse fulfillment but not on the routing and availability tracking
