IT is easy to find best route for my drivers when they ask. The accuracy of miles and routes for trucks is very good.

• COM Features need to better so that Customer case handling is facilitated

• Weight restriction roads
• Easier use of homescreen to get miles and rates
• Make it more container transport friendly
• It would be best to have an easier way to share route information with drivers with one click of the mouse.

The package of Sterling Order Management / Sterling Store / Sterling Call Center works very well and it supports the expansion to Geographies like US/EU/JP/China, some of hottest markets for e-commerce.

It is a good system and allows my team ease of use and familiarity

Much better for trucking use and routing. Mileage is much more accurate. Its easy to use and search for alternate truck routes if needed.
