We are using Tungsten with the former Readsoft OCR Products and Ebydos webcycles. All incoming paper-based invoices, delivery documents, advices, etc. will be scanned and digitized incl. OCR by Tungsten. They are highly integrated in SAP processes and own developments. Tungsten Ebydos Webcycle is used for approval workflows for deviations in orders, PO volume, pricing, etc. This is also fully integrated in SAP workflows, incl. own developments.

The package of Sterling Order Management / Sterling Store / Sterling Call Center works very well and it supports the expansion to Geographies like US/EU/JP/China, some of hottest markets for e-commerce.

Industry-leading OCR and workflows, highly integrated into SAP Systems.
