Ideagen Procedure Management vs. Infor Learning Management (LMS)

Prior platforms wouldn't allow custom expiry dates for uploaded certificates. Op Central allows us to adjust this based on when team memeber uploaded completed the relative course or noted expiry of their licence. Could have better function for custom fields that can be tailored to different roles/groups and by location. We have many team members who are not require to have certain documents uploaded they have the custom field shown on their profiles due to there not being any target options

We have enjoyed how easy it is to get training to employees, both onsite and off, as it is a cloud based solution. We previously had a myriad of applications to try and deliver, track, and report on trainings. Infor Learning Management allows for a quick look at where we are at within our business as well as an in depth dive of each users certification process. Our only request is the cloud platform be more accessible for data mining. With our current BI offerings we bring most of the data on premises and this involves a few hoops currently.

• Easy formatting - allowing the screen to expand when creating a document
• Provide hardcopies of updfating documents that are not watermarked to be used if there were ever an issue with accessing the platform.

• It currently doesn't support offline content reading on Mobile. This support would be really helpful to read while offline.
• If one liked to purchase some training material or content built-in shopping cart is missing.

I am giving 8 instead of 10 because we need to implement some new features in the system and this is a long process to accomplish. If it was easier and shorter, I would give a 10. Also, lately we are facing some technical issues which impacted some users experience, but Certpoint is working hard to catch up on this.

Ideagen Op Central is a very intuitive and functional program

The support for Infor Learning Management was quite prompt and were able to resolve the issues within the SLA

Previously using World Manager, we would constantly have to flip between 3 different variations depending on brand. Ideagen Op Central now has everything built into one convenient location that is user friendly and easy to use.

Infor Learning Management was selected because the organization owned other Lawson/Infor products and we were concerned about the integration. Ease of integration was a primary selection criteria. The price was also better given the products we already owned.

• Allows all brands to be housed on one platform rather than across 3
• Mitigates the manual labour in preparing policies, converting to PDF, loading and then notifying teams of changes

• We have alleviated work load on persons monitoring and tracking trainings
• We have been able to deliver trainings to remote areas previously not available
• We have been able to reduce the need for physical trainers covering the same topic, live and in person.
• We have been able to standardize the data being taught to our employees
• We have reduced head count based on the ability to track and manage trainings.
