Ideagen Quality Control vs. Joyfill

The software was very useful in assisting with our annual audit for our ISO 9001 audit. The auditor was impressed with our use of the software and how well we use it. It is extremely well suited for our needs. And had been a integral in maintaining all our documentation and changes.

Previously for any inspection we use any ordinary forms using pan and paper so with this method we doesn't get the report of the user and our inspection but with the help of Joyfill we are getting proper reports.

• OCR extraction needs improvement, makes grammatical errors sometimes.
• The order of the bubble is hard to change, once bubbled
• When exporting the data, sometimes the same column gets repeated in AS9102 form 3.

• Glitchy here and there with updates.
• Cannot annotate on photos.
• Sometimes syncing conflicts.

This program is very user-friendly and all employees are able to easily use the features provided. The customer service provided also helps, because any issues with overall usability is easily resolved. All of the features are easy to use and understand. The mains issues with usability are in small glitches in the programming.

• We are now getting reports of the surveys and inspection which we doesn't get earlier by manual forms.
• We are also now collection or taking signatures from any users in any document online without using any third party application or tool
